It’s the birthday season! Having been invited to another party, I once again relied on my fallback hair chalk and knit charms (the brand and instruction book are below) for presents, trying out one new pattern and changing another a little. I’ve had the heart charm partially made for a while, and decided to pop it together for my friend’s gift.
I also made yet another variation on the macaroon, this time making only the top, and in bright yellow. Just add a little embroidery and you get: the emoji charm!
That one is definitely one of my favorites. 🙂 You can easily make an entire collection just by changing the embroidery a bit.
The charm patterns are from the book Twenty to Make: Mini Knitted Charms by Sachiyo Ishii. The hair chalk brand (which I recommend) is Girlzone, and it makes a fun present for any age.
See you next craft!
